Project Brief
Fanar Residence is an affordable mid-sized real estate project comprising 3 buildings with 70 apartments.
The Challenge
The challenge was to achieve 50% in sales throughout a period of 3 months. The campaign kicked off with pre-launch event and continued with a maintenance advertising campaign throughout the summer of 2010.
The Solution
An extensive integrated marketing communication campaign combining the Advertising (Print, TV, OOH, Radio, Digital & Direct Marketing), Event, Public Relations and Sales promotion disciplines was programmed to achieve the project’s objectives.
